If anyone was watching the Vaudeville Smash Pozible crowd funding campaign in the last 60 days, you’ll have witnessed a band that played the Pozible game like pro’s. They were raising funds to get them from Melbourne, Australia to both Austin for South by South West and then onwards to Toronto, Canada for Canadian Music Week.
They hit their target of $12,000 with days to spare and continued to play on like a cricket team smashing sixes with every stroke. Their final tally was $14, 124 which was 117% of their target. Not only do they get the funds that they so richly deserve, their Pozible campaign also stays on the crowd funding website forever like an epitaph on how to do it right if you are a band or artist planning on a similar exercise.
