The Pixies drop their first new song in 9 years with the track ‘Bagboy’ and if there was any doubt that it would not be good, wait until you get to that 1.59 mark when the chorus kicks in with those trademark vocals and you’ll be transported back to days of Bossanova.
I’m happy with this. There’s always a sense of apprehension when one of your favourites drops a new one and you think, if only they hadn’t. Well, this one is alright I tell you. It’s definitely not bad Pixies and it borders more on classic Pixies. A damn fine track. Can’t wait for what’s to come.
