It’s time to pop the cork on the bubbles folks as Victoria Hesketh aka Little Boots has brought us a brand new track of towering (Blackpool) proportions ‘Shake Till Your Heart Breaks’…..and….a DJ mixtape. You know what? It’s all mighty fine!!!
It’s been a little while inbetween drinks from the Little Boots fountain since we had the pleasure of getting into her debut album Hands. We’ve been big fans since she was on the front cover of Mixmag a couple of years back (same cover with Friendly Fires too) as one to watch in the hot new talentathon coming out of the UK.
We were lucky to catch Little Boots in Melbourne back in 2009 when she toured on the Parklife Festival circuit. Which was a good job too as we were desperate for a sideshow, so we made sure we didn’t miss her.
Little Boots has brought us a heavenly DJ’s mixtape to fill the void for us all and is on a Shake DJ tour in November and December which will take in Paris, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tokyo, Beijing and London……a Melbourne stop please too!!!!
