Diafrix are a duo (Momo and Azmarino) who originally hail from Africa (Comoros Islands and Eritrea) who both migrated separately to Australia as refugees and met at a hip hop workshop in Melbourne.
Helicopter is the first single off their debut album ‘Pocket Full Of Dreams’ and this exclusive remix comes from Star Slinger who have been tearing up the Hype Machine charts in recent times.
This remix sounds like circa. early nineties house and it’s gold! You almost feel like Ce Ce Peniston is going to rock up and give you a chorus at any moment with Kym Sims ‘Too Blind To See It’ style!!
