Well, this has to be the best offering from Azealia Banks since ‘212’.  New single ‘Chasing Time’ is one that you’ll be hitting the play button for a repeat listen the second it stops. Hallelujah to that we say!

Things bode well for the long awaited debut album if this is the quality of tunes on offer.  Only time will tell.  However, we’ll quite happily lap this up like the cat that got the cream in the meantime.

Me thinks that this track could also be a dig at her recently dumped record label for them (allegedly) dragging their feet on the releases.  The lyrics “had the future in my pocket, but I lost it, when I gave it to you” would certainly suggest so.
