Well this is exciting isn’t it. Having a few tracks from Melbourne’s Chela dropped into your electronic lap and then digging around to find that not only did Chela feature on Clubfeet’s track ‘Heartbreak’ but she also was the silky songstress on Goldroom’s track ‘Fifteen’.
All this and two hot tracks including the new single ‘Full Moon’ and we’re a buzz for all things Chela going into 2013.
Her debut solo effort, ‘Plastic Gun’, was produced by Regurgitator’s Ben Ely and you definitely get a bit of Ladyhawke vibes going in that amazing voice. If you didn’t know it was Chela your internal Shazam would probably think it was the kiwi vocals ringing around your ears.
