Ooooh this one’s special!!! A great original track that has recently received an RAC remix touch but for me, the original of Velvet Elvis by Alex Winston is awesome. I’m a big fan of the RAC remixes though and they have done a solid remix too.
So, this leads me all back to the original version of Velvet Elvis. What a great song. I’ve written earlier this week on artists such as Lana Del Rey and how there is a new stream of quality female artists coming through with a bit of a difference to the likes of Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen. Me thinks it’s time for a change of what we’ve all had on the turntables and mp3 players of late.
Do yourself a massive favour for this week and get your fabulous music flicking fingers on this track. Whether it’s the original version or the RAC remix that floats your boat, it doesn’t matter, as long as you get Alex Winston’s vocal talents ringing around your heads with this proper catchy tune.
