Well, it’s fair to say that in just over a weeks time, if the world didn’t know who Nicki Minaj is, they pretty much will.  You’ve got the single with David Guetta going all out across the globe, you’ve got the new track with Madonna plus her own new single ‘Va Va Voom’ is out in February. Not forgetting a couple of little TV performances for The Superbowl and The Grammys.

It’s all a recipe for success.  Plus, you’ve got the forthcoming album release Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded due out this year (originally scheduled for February but pushed back to April) which is also hot off the back of her tracks ‘Stupid Hoe’ and ‘Super Bass’.  We should all change our 2012 calendars to pink calendars now as by the time we get to December, maybe the world will be run by Nicki Minaj.  Pink Earth we say!!!

Familiarise yourself with all of the major tracks she’s either released or featured in over the last 18 months.  It’s quite a selection.  Not a bad portfolio of tunes really!!!

The big question is though, will she be able to pick up the Grammy Award or will Skrillex and his dubstep empire snaffle it?  Either way, it won’t damage her career in 2012.  Far from it.
