I didn’t expect to hear an R&B soulful infused embodiment of Pet Shop Boys’ and their track ‘West End Girls’ this morning when I woke up.

This isn’t a cover. It’s a remake. There’s the vibe of the original but obviously some magical reworking on the lyrics, the funk, the soul and all the things that Lion Babe usually bring to the mix.

I’ll be honest. I wasn’t sure about the track artwork but I’ve forgotten about those concerns after the many repeat listens I’ve just had to this gloriousness.
