I’ve said it before and I will say it again. The vocals of Marie Dahlstrøm can melt the iciest heart and deserve to be cranked up loud and shouted from the rooftops.
New track ‘Crashing Down’ is yet another shining example of why we love everything that she produces and sings on at the moment, whether it’s the solo work or the Hans Island collaborations. This is a little more upbeat than previous tracks but everything is in order on this one.
No distractions on this one.
Crashing Down is about the feeling of always searching, instead of being present in the moment. It’s about giving in and realising that you’re exactly where you need to be.
‘Crashing Down’ appears on Marie’s forthcoming EP, which also includes the previously released single ‘Look The Other Way.’
