This exclusive remix for Your Music Radar from Denzal Park is one of the mightiest that has graced the YMR pages this year. Minx’s track ‘Hold On’ featuring Hannah Joy demands that you put your hands in the air for this infectious anthem.
The original version of ‘Hold On’ is a very solid track in its own right. However, this remix from Melbourne’s Denzal Park has taken it up and off the chart with a clubbed up injection of house that should carry it overseas and make it a staple diet in many big name DJ’s sets.
I’m going to be playing this remix a hell of a lot. You should be too.
With Hold On, I wanted to create more of a timeless sound instead of what’s hot in the clubs right now. That was where the concentration was focused, because we knew we could get some unreal artists on board to stamp their sound in their remixes, to create a strong remix package.
I’m really happy with who we have on board in the remix department. Melbourne legends, Denzal Park, have delivered an absolute main room weapon. I’ve always been a big fan of the guys, so I was super excited when I heard they loved the track & were keen to be a part of it.
